  • Memberships are perfect for photographers, content creators, and small business owners who regularly create in the studio. If you plan to book the studio at least twice each month, a membership offers the best value while unlocking exclusive member perks.

  • Memberships are billed monthly and include a set number of studio hours each month, plus exclusive member perks.

  • Memberships automatically renew monthly until canceled.

  • No. Unused studio hours expire at the end of each billing cycle.

  • Absolutely! Members receive discounted rates on additional studio hours.

  • Yes. Use your monthly hours however you'd like, subject to availability.

  • No. Hours cannot be banked or combined across billing cycles.

  • Simply log into your booking portal and reserve your studio time using your included membership hours.

  • Memberships do not guarantee availability. We recommend booking early, especially during busy seasons.

  • Founder Pricing is a special launch rate available for a limited time. As long as your membership remains active, you'll keep your founder rate. If you cancel your membership, the founder rate is permanently forfeited and cannot be reinstated.

  • Yes. You may cancel anytime before your next billing date. Your membership remains active until the end of your current billing cycle.

  • At this time, memberships cannot be paused. You may cancel your membership at any time before your next billing date. If you choose to rejoin later, you'll sign up at the current membership rate and any Founder Pricing will no longer apply.

  • Yes. Memberships can be upgraded or downgraded before your next billing cycle.

  • Once your membership is activated, you'll receive a unique discount code via email. Use this code at checkout when booking additional studio rental hours beyond your monthly included hours to receive your member discount (10% for Sunrise Members or 15% for Solstice Members).

  • Solstice members receive first access via email to reserve seasonal set bookings before they become available to the public.

  • Memberships are non-transferable and may only be used by the named member.

  • No. Memberships are valid for standard studio rentals only and cannot be applied toward workshop or gathering rentals.

  • No. Seasonal sets are not eligible to be booked using your included monthly membership hours. Members will receive priority access to book seasonal sets before the general public, and any applicable member discounts will still apply.
