Membership Terms & Conditions

By purchasing or maintaining a Solstice Studio Membership ("Membership"), the member ("Member") agrees to the following Membership Terms & Conditions.
Membership Eligibility
Memberships are non-transferable and may only be used by the named member. Membership benefits, including studio hours and discount codes, may not be shared, transferred, sold, or used on behalf of another individual.
Billing & Renewal
Memberships are billed automatically on a monthly basis and will continue to renew until canceled. Members are responsible for maintaining a valid payment method. If a payment cannot be processed, membership benefits may be suspended until the outstanding balance is paid.
New members are charged an initial payment equal to two months of membership. This initial payment includes the first month of membership plus a one-month Membership Credit, which may be redeemed upon cancellation as outlined below.
Membership Credit
The one-month Membership Credit is reserved for the member's final month of membership.
If a member chooses to cancel, Solstice Studio will issue a one-time coupon code equal to one month's membership benefits. This coupon may be used toward the member's final month of membership in accordance with the member's current membership tier.
The Membership Credit:
Has no cash value.
Is non-transferable.
May not be redeemed for cash or refunds.
Will be issued upon cancellation and expires 30 days from the date it is issued.
May only be used once.
Will only be issued once per membership enrollment.
Cancellation
Members may cancel their membership at any time before their next billing date.
Upon cancellation:
Recurring billing will stop.
The member's one-time Membership Credit will be issued via email.
No refunds or prorated refunds will be issued for any membership payments already made.
Any unused monthly studio hours from previous billing cycles are forfeited.
Membership Pauses
Memberships cannot be paused.
Monthly Studio Hours
Included studio hours reset at the beginning of each billing cycle. Unused hours expire at the end of each billing cycle and do not roll over. Monthly studio hours have no cash value and may not be exchanged for cash, refunds, or account credit.
Monthly studio hours may only be applied toward hourly Studio Rentals and may not be used for Workshop & Gathering rentals, add-ons, retail purchases, or any other products or services.
Membership Reservations
Membership benefits may only be used to reserve studio time during an active membership period.
Members are welcome to book future reservations; however, their membership must remain active through the date of the reservation. If a membership is canceled before a reservation takes place, any future reservations made using membership hours or member-exclusive discounts that occur after the membership end date will be canceled.
Exception: Members who have canceled their membership may use their one-time Membership Credit for reservations that occur within the 30-day validity period of their Membership Credit, in accordance with the Membership Credit terms.
Reservations canceled due to an inactive membership may be rebooked at the current non-member studio rates or by reactivating an eligible membership, subject to availability.
Additional Studio Hours
Sunrise Members receive 10% off additional studio rental hours. Solstice Members receive 15% off additional studio rental hours.
Each member will receive a unique discount code via email after joining. This code must be entered at checkout to receive the applicable member discount and may not be shared or used by anyone other than the active member.
Member discounts on additional studio hours apply only to hourly Studio Rentals and do not apply to Workshop & Gathering rentals or other services unless otherwise stated.
Founder Membership
Founder Membership pricing is available for a limited time.
Members who maintain an active Founder Membership will keep their Founder Pricing for as long as their membership remains active.
If a Founder Membership is canceled, Founder Pricing is permanently forfeited. Any future membership enrollment will be at the current membership rate available at that time.
Studio Policies
All reservations made using membership hours or member discounts are subject to Solstice Studio's standard rental policies, including occupancy limits, studio rules, cleanup requirements, cancellation policies, and rescheduling policies.
Membership Changes & Termination
Solstice Studio reserves the right to modify membership benefits, pricing, or these Terms & Conditions with reasonable notice.
Solstice Studio also reserves the right to suspend or terminate any membership without refund for misuse of membership benefits, sharing of membership discount codes, fraudulent activity, non-payment, or violations of studio policies.
