SOLSTICE Studio Policies
To help keep Solstice Studio beautiful and enjoyable for all guests, we kindly ask that you review the following policies before your reservation.
Before Your Reservation
Rental time includes setup, breakdown, and cleanup. Please book enough time to accommodate your entire experience.
Maximum occupancy is 22 guests, including photographers, clients, vendors, children, and visitors.
Studio tours are not available at this time. Please refer to our website and social media for current photos and videos of the space.
During Your Reservation
Furniture and props may be moved within the studio but must be returned to their original location before departure.
Children and pets must be supervised at all times.
Pets are welcome with prior approval, and a flat $30 pet fee covers up to 3 pets per reservation.
Outside food and beverages are permitted. Please note that the studio does not have a kitchen, sink, refrigerator, microwave, oven, or cooking equipment available for guest use.
If alcohol is present, guests are responsible for complying with all applicable Texas Alcoholic Beverage Commission (TABC) regulations and local laws.
To Protect the Space
The following activities are not permitted:
Smoking or vaping
Glitter or confetti, unless prior written approval has been obtained from Solstice Studio.
Smoke bombs or sparklers
Candles or open flames
Standing on furniture
Shoes on upholstered furniture
Please use care when moving furniture, props, equipment, or décor throughout the studio.
Seasonal installations and specialty sets are intended for photography use only and may not be climbed, pulled, hung on, or altered.
After Your Reservation
Please return all furniture, props, and décor to their original location.
Remove all personal belongings, decorations, food, beverages, and trash before departure.
Notify us immediately of any spills, damage, or maintenance concerns.
